Chakra Healing: Crown Chakra | Sahasrara

"I Understand"

The seventh Chakra, Sahasrara, is located at the very top of the head and known commonly as the Crown Chakra. From here we access divine consciousness, enlightenment, wisdom and spirituality. This Chakra connects us to higher influences and helps guide us towards the path of the highest good.

Energetic Healing for the Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is the energy vortex with connects us to our Higher Mental Body (part of the Aura), and the gateway to intuitive guidance, higher thoughts and perspectives, and spiritual influence. When this Chakra is clear and functioning well we're able to understand ourselves, people around us and situations that arise with clarity, and can navigate the best way forward for all involved.

When energy is blocked in this Chakra or in the connected energetic body, we find it hard to understand ourselves and other people, and have difficulty navigating life peacefully. Experiencing life with uncertainty and a limited viewpoint creates confusion and leads to missed opportunities, and can cause anxiety and depression as the central nervous system is overloaded.

Physically, we see muscular, skeletal and skin issues when the Crown Chakra requires clearing.
